Overseer Booker is the pastor of the Bible Revival Deliverance Church, Baltimore, MD; he has been Holy Ghost filled for nearly 40 years & served in ministry over 20 years. Currently, he serves as the General Secretary & Chief Operating Officer, World Assemblies of Restoration and Overseer of Diocese No.1.

Previously, Overseer Booker served as General Secretary & Chief Operating Officer, for Holy Temple Churches of Christ, Inc., Wash. DC, and as Administrative Assistant to Bishop John T. Leslie, (Church of Jesus Christ). In addition, he has served as Vice President, Eastern & Southern States Youth Dept. (PCAF); as National Youth Program Coordinator, (PCAF) for 10 years; as Director of the Eastern & Southern States Council Choir for 20 years.

Professionally, Overseer Booker is a Senior Proposal & Technical Writer for the Intelligence Community (C4I) and is a Writer-In-Residence for the Brookings Institute (Think-Tank). He is a former speech writer for the US Secretary of State and the United Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnige, Institute (Management and Conceptual design) and attended Howard University and the University of Maryland.

He and his wife Marian reside in Catonsville, MD and are the parents of 3 three children and 3 grandchildren.
