The Bishop Doctor Victor Clarke Hinds was born on May 24th 1951 in Hillaby St Andrews Barbados. He is the son of Ms Onita Clarke-Hinds and Mr. Arnald Gibbs. He is married to Pastor Pauline Hinds for 25 years and the father of two daughters, Alana Hinds and Victoria Hinds and the proud grandfather of two grandchildren, Victor-Paul and Adieala Hinds.

After migrating to the United States, Bishop Hinds further his studies in Ministry at the Trinity Bible College, where he received a Doctorate in Theology.

Bishop Hinds has evangelized many parts of the World. Such as England, India, Taiwan, Mexico, South America, many African countries just to name a few. As the International Mission Director of the World Assemblies of Restoration he is focused on building the Kingdom of God and seeing that in every corner of the earth, there is a church built for the World Assemblies of Restoration and the holistic ministry is propagates.

Bishop Hind is also the Senior Pastor of the Revelation Pentecostal House of Prayer for All Nations. This church was founded in the year Nineteen Sixty-Six by Reverend Helen Harris and was passed on too Bishop Victor Hinds in the year Nineteen Eighty-four. The church has gone through many changes, from a traditional type church to a vibrant growing Apostolic Church.
